Business Plan Audit – We start with a deep dive into where you are now, the big blocks in your business that are causing the most frustration, your offers, operations and where and how you’re marketing online.
Vision and Mission Intensive – once we know where you are, we start looking at the destination, the vision of where you want to be and how you’re going to get there.
Goal Setting Sessions – A high level strategy planning session where we review offers, create a revenue plan and break down the big goals into a 90-day action plan so always know what to do each day and start moving those tasks from To Do to Done!
Create Your Simple Brand – identify your ideal paying customers, your position in the market and how you’re different from your competitors so you can create your brand identity and get visible to your customers online.
Weekly implementation, accountability, strategy – Weekly clarity, planning and accountability calls to ensure we’re keeping on the right path, where you can ask questions, plan the next weeks activities and get feedback on what you’ve done so far.
Email and Phone Support (during business hours) – Unlike other coaches that ask you to leave a message and they’ll get back to you, if you have a question, I’m at the end of the phone for you – just pick up the phone and call me if you need me.
Streamlining Your Systems – we’ll look at ways to automate and systemise your business so you can reduce your workload and only work on high level profitable components of your business by offloading those repetitive, annoying and manual tasks to make room for the creative, mission led visionary within you to lead.
You’ll be using online digital tools (and loving them for how much easier they make your life!) and instead of saying, “content, what bloody content”, you’ll have a content library full of ideas that fit you, your customers and your business.
