To get rid of the overwhelming amount of things to do, the constant running around like a headless chicken, trying to take bookings, send emails, confirmations, get on calls, do the bloody marketing, graphics and the endless projects that never seem to get finished!

And you know there’s an easier way, that there are tools and systems that can take away all that hassle, but figuring it out is going to take time that you Just. Don’t. Have!

How this works.

We have an initial consult call, to see if and how I can help you.

You tell me what your big challenges are and where you want to get to and we discuss what that could look like.

If you want to go to the next stage, then we book in a planning call to agree the goals for our work together, create an outline plan and timescales.

From this session, you’ll have an action plan, the call recording and a clear idea of what you need to do over the next few months.

Once we commence the project, I’ll be doing a lot of the research for you, making recommendations that will fit into your business and training you on any tools or tech we implement.

We’ll have a weekly planning meeting over zoom, where we discuss the next steps, any questions to come out of the week’s work and agree who’s doing what and by when.

This is not a blueprint. I don’t do a one size fits all approach. Everything we do will be to fit in with your business, how you like to work and what you need to get done.

My approach is to deeply understand your business so I can find the best solutions for your needs so I don’t have a 3 month program that you need to fit into.

It’s a simple monthly retainer fee of £500 (with a deposit of £250 before the first planning session).

This way, you can control how much you wish to spend on improving your workflows, automating your systems, making your life and business easier and hitting those big goals.

Typically, I work with people for a minimum of three months, but if you have a smaller project in mind, such as implementing an automated booking system or setting up a content library and process to attract new customers, I’m happy to discuss these as options as well.
